Another season has begun with the UBC T-Birds Cross Country Team and things are coming together.
We all seem to be flying in workouts and truly feeling happy about our accomplishments so far. The track is done, the team has excellent fluidity between all the guys and new sharpness, and friendly competitive attitude.
This blog has been created to embody all those feelings-Not just the ones we've brought together this year, but at any point while at UBC.
The beginning of a new era...
